Summary:

The ALC required a Strategic Infrastructure Plan for the entire ALC Capital Asset Network which included all existing assets including the assets recently acquired under the Local Decision Making Agreement with the NT Government.

This project required study and review of existing information, including inspection and assessment of existing assets, to create a new living document (Infrastructure Plan) in order for the ALC to move forward with an improved strategy for program delivery.

As these assets are used not just by ALC, but the wider community, a plan to maintain these appropriately is of benefit to all.
