Summary:

After several years of service in a very exposed location, the Nobbies Visitor Centre at Point Grant on Phillip Island required significant repairs and upgrades to continue serving the public and maintaining operational efficiency.

HK Solutions' engineering design and project management teams were engaged to identify and design the priority improvements for the facility, as well as coordinate construction procurement and contract development. The works included:

• Improvements to existing electrical infrastructure

• New drinking and hot water reticulation and associated supplies

• Structural improvements and demolition

• We are proud to have contributed to the enhancement and sustainability of this important public facility.
