Port Fairy SPS Telemetery Upgrades

Summary:

Wannon Water's SCADA and Communication team engaged HK Solutions to assess its Port Fairy Sewage Pump Station network. The goal was to overhaul each site's telemetry system to address outdated and unsupported Radio Telemetry Units, which posed increased risks to data integrity and security, and to improve data acquisition from each pump station site.

While addressing the telemetry improvements at each pump station site, HK Solutions' electrical engineering team also implemented several electrical compliance infrastructure upgrades and emergency stop safety improvements.

As part of our engagement, HK Solutions conducted detailed site inspections, identified priority works, and undertook the detailed design and contract administration for the telemetry and associated electrical and communication upgrades at 10 Port Fairy Sewer Pump Station sites.
