Summary:

HK Solutions was responsible for the project management and design of the only full-size athletics facility in the NT. The existing athletics track was identified to be at end-of-life, and didn’t meet Athletics Australia standards. 

This project encompassed detailed design and project management of the entire lifecycle of the construction including procurement, installation and defects stages.  The design and construction phase services provided for the project included:

• Audit and removal of existing track surface.

• Drainage works

• Track surface and pavement works

• Selection of approved field of play athletic equipment

• Documentation and certification to comply with Athletic Australia Standards.
