Summary:

HK Solutions was engaged by the NT Government to provide advisory and project delivery services for the development of a comprehensive NT Sport and Recreation Strategic Infrastructure Plan. This Plan is a key action of the Northern Territory Sport and Active Recreation Strategic Plan, aiming to enhance the places and spaces where sport and recreation are delivered across the Territory, ultimately increasing participation and improving livability.

The Plan's development was led by HK Solutions' project team and involved significant stakeholder engagement, which was critical in the early phases of the project. HK Solutions presented a solution that provided guidance to the local community while aligning with the NT Infrastructure Plan and Pipeline maintained by the NT Infrastructure Commission.

The project scope also included:

• Workshop planning and hosting with Peak Sporting Bodies, Council, and NT Government

• Development of an assessment tool for analysing business case submissions for use by the NT Government
